From my initial request to completion of my hair style, she remained kind and responsive. I hate getting braids because I'm so tender-headed, but let me tell you, I didn't even feel her braiding my hair. Amazing. Her work is so creative and she was able to take an inspirational photo and made it a reality for me with precision. She also makes earrings and sells them on Etsy (kustummaid tailor)... the ones she gave me are pictured in my review.
